My own personal development especially acquired knowledge can be an aid to my customers. Constant updating and learn new methods and approaches will improve my workshop as well it will benefit to my customers. Each singular activity of one person have their repercussion to live others. Feedback received from customers and gratitude from happy customers will for sure change consuellor. On the other hand negative feedback may be interpret as signal to improvement. Counsellor mindset and attitude can change in direction to become better person. Counsellor perception and can be changed and improved in positive way. If any negative feedback will be used as a opportunity to improve the career of counsellor will flourish.

I am natural leader and I have courage to take responsibility. My impact onto the group will be significant however, it will depend from many occurrences. I am person who value true and honesty. Retrospection of my previous experiences lead to conclusion that my contribution to collective work were significant. However my leading role was focus on excellent executive results rather than on counselling. Building new groups of developers and set them together according to their skills and personal traits provide me joy and satisfaction.

Each participant in a group have collective impact on others. The scale of depended from holed position in group. Influence to other is associated with many different factors of individual. Personal traits and attitudes as well as mindset may play important role how we are perceived by other group members. The role of leader and authority of power by held position may be paramount under many circumstances. In team meeting counsellor may share own experiences and providing examples to help other group member to be more confident and open. In group session counsellor must to be aware that members may respond to counselling in general in different way then in one to one session. Sensitive politeness and avoidances to spread strong personal opinions or present categoric values should be take into consideration. Thus, counsellor do not know how some member of group can react to those kind of statemants.

Depend of holed position role in a group is dependent to crowd influences. It is commonly know fact that individual act differently according to title and role. If I am a trainee my role and function will be different then on group session. It is important to understand current role and suit to it. The most famous are probably the experiment conducted by Philip Zimbardo called closer as Stanford prison experiment. This famous experiment reveal how attached role can influence further behaviour. Going back to counselling. Many theories were developed to describe and predict human behaviour in group based on labelled position. From counselling point of view the significant impact have an article ‘Functional Roles of Group Members’ where Kenneth Benne and Paul Sheats defined 26 roles that people play in group. Those roles maybe supportive or destructive. For counsellor it may be useful tool thus it provide guideline where on leader hierarchy currently is. In general understanding the place and function of group is important to provide excellent service according to held position and assigned role.

In a process of exploring customer thoughts counsellors introspect uncounsily own self. Continus and repeated practice will lead to increase interception and exteroceptions perceptions. Beign open and honest and aknowladge of own weaknesess will increase the level of acceptance. In period of practice, counsellor will experience many diversity and it will lead to become more accepting. Counseling practice expose to new culture and lead to increase knowledge from different cultures religions etc.
