The integrative model of counseling is the way of combining many approaches that previously were assessed as incompatible. In general, we can describe the integrative model as a blended therapy. Every single method has its strengths and weaknesses. On the other hand, those approaches designed to specific customer needs may become beneficial to patients. The integrative model is more dynamic and suitable for patients. The therapist should rearrange the workshop in a way that the most suitable and effective approach to individuals should be used. Counsellors should not be biased to one particular approach.
