Therefore, it is a background to further changes. Feedback play role of sinage post and trigger consoler to introduce changes and area to improve. Feedback may reveal gap in counselling skills thus external not biased opinion should be taken into consideration. It is absolutely crucial for counselling students to reflect upon obtained feedback.
